Gigi Hadid Makes Her Onscreen Acting Debut in Mindy Kaling’s Not Suitable for Work

Gigi Hadid is strutting into a new chapter. 

The supermodel can now add actor to her ever-growing resume after making her debut in Mindy Kaling‘s new series Not Suitable for Work. 

Gigi made an appearance in episode three of the first season, which premiered June 2, playing Catherine, the girlfriend to Jay Ellis‘ investment bank boss Bill Gibson. 

In Gigi’s big scene, Bill is chewing out his subordinate AJ (Ella Hunt) over a risky business move that turned out to be a great decision when Catherine runs into the office with a casserole dish in her hand, looking for her boyfriend.

“What are you doing here?” Bill asks, to which Catherine rebuts, “What are you doing here? It’s our anniversary and you left without saying goodbye.”

However, the businessman wasn’t thrilled with her rationale, responding, “I have to work, Catherine. I am not a Romanian prince like your last boyfriend.”

Like Bill, his girlfriend wasn’t impressed by his answer.
