Paradigm Hires Michael Kirschner As Physical Production Agent

EXCLUSIVE: Paradigm has hired veteran agent Michael Kirschner to their newly launched Physical Production division led Gil Harari and Jonathan Silverman.

Kirschner counts close to two decades of experience representing top creative talent across film, television, commercials, and music videos. He rejoins Paradigm following four years as co-owner of Intrinsic.

Kirschner specializes in repping cinematographers, production designers, and costume designers/stylists, with a particular emphasis on the commercial and music video space. Over the course of his career, Kirschner has booked clients on Super Bowl commercials and award-winning music videos, including projects recognized at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Kirschner began his agency career at ICM in 2007 before moving to Paradigm in 2011. He later joined APA, where he spent eight years helping build the agency’s physical production business before joining Intrinsic in 2022.
