Saint Laurent Spring 2027 Strikes Gold

Last night in Paris, creative director Anthony Vaccarello soaked the Saint Laurent runway in gold. For his tenth anniversary at the helm of the brand, he took some of the house’s most iconic archetypes and gilded them from head-to-toe. There were Sahariennes, trenches, blouses, and wrap skirts pulled from Monsieur Yves Saint Laurent’s era, along with Vaccarello’s own contributions to the house vocabulary. Here, strong shouldered coats, voluminous blousons, suits, and endless furs all made an appearance drenched in every tone of gold imaginable, all sent down the runway beneath a larger-than-life chandelier. The front row was equally stunning, with Zoë Kravitz, Rihanna, Kate Moss, Catherine Deneuve, Rami Malek, and Post Malone all turning out in their finest for the occasion.
